How it is made
Zoete Polder's artisan jam is made locally, entirely by hand. The fruit is first carefully washed and cut. After weighing, it goes into open copper pans with pectin, lemon juice and sugar. Once the jam is ready, we pour it into jars and give each one a label and a paper cap.
Once opened, keep the jam in the fridge. It keeps for a year, because it contains less sugar.
