What data we keep, why, and what your rights are.

Orders
For an order we keep your name, e-mail address, phone number, delivery address and what you bought. We use this data to deliver your order and for our accounts, which we keep for seven years as required by law. Payment runs through our payment provider; we do not see your card details.
Account
If you create an account, we also keep your password (encrypted) and your address, so you do not have to enter them every time. You can delete your account yourself under My account.
Newsletter and contact
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we keep your e-mail address until you unsubscribe. Messages sent with the contact form are kept as long as needed to answer your question.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. In your browser we only keep what the shop needs: your basket and, if you log in, your session.
Your rights
You can always view, correct or delete your data. E-mail info@zoetepolder.be for this. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
